Chapter 4: I only could smile
The Voice
I only could recognize faint outlines of my surroundings, because I was focused so much on that one person. There was a stage. It don`t seem like a normal bar, because the stage was really big. I guess there are always people who would perform something on it. Right now, there was “the voice” standing there and he (yes, it’s a he) was looking straight into my eyes. I couldn`t look away and he couldn`t either, but he suddenly broke our eyes contact and went off the stage. I can`t describe what I felt at that moment, but I had to go after him, had to speak to him. I stopped when he locked back and our eyes met again. It’s like we could talk to each other without saying anything.
“Who are you?”I thought to myself again, when we stared at each other.
“Who are you?”I could hear him thinking.
“Is he really asking for my name?” (Me)
“You can hear me?” (Him)
“Is this for real? You can actually hear me?” (Me)
“Follow me!” (Him)
And I followed him out of the bar, after he got paid by the manager. We didn`t talk, only walked in silence. We stopped at a near park I used to play when I was still a kid. I really liked it here, it always felt like home.
“I really like the park.” (Me)
“Me too, it feels like home to me.” (Him)
I was really surprised, that we actually had the same
